"I started speaking with Paul at Wave Connects about 3 weeks prior to move in.  Paul was extremely helpful!! He helped me select a pair of 50" flat panal TV's that fit within our budget.  I really appreciated Paul's knowledge.  He never tried to upsell me or push me in to products I didn't need - in fact he actually helped me save some money along the way by recommending alternatives that were a better overall value.

"Installation of two 65" televisions and sound bars, wall mounted. Nicely done, however a little negligent on the cleanup. Since I was not present during the installation I'm not sure why the packing materials were left in the bedroom, however this wouldn't prevent me from using this company again."

"Installation was easy. Equipment looks and feels sturdy and durable. I purchased the indoor camera, sensors, motion sensor and doorbell camera. Doorbell has yet to be installed so cant review that yet, but all other items work great! Indoor camera viewing is easy with the app that also allows you to arm & disarm alarm. Learning how to use the system is easy, we relied on the video tutorials provided, but I know there is customer service. Thankfully we have not had an emergency, so yet to see the response, but so far I would definitely recommend!"

"I would like to start by saying that Lawrence and Emeric were the technicians that came out to install cable to five offices. They started at 10 am and where done with everything cleaned up by 2 pm. they ran the cable thru the wall and made sure the plates were installed correctly, also tested the lines to make sure they were good.
