Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "After purchasing the Big Deal, the provider contacted us promptly and was helpful in explaining the service.  They explained that an additional area we wanted to clean would cost a reasonable amount more, on top of the Big Deal, which seemed fair.  They arrived on time.  The wood was turning green before the service, but looked perfectly clean and new after the service.  Our only concern was that one thin wooden banister was nearly broken following the treatment, which we understand can be common with power washing.

"I have no complains about this company and the people that worked at my house. At my house, Ezra sent 4 workers that came over and did all the paint work. They covered everything and made sure to move all the bulky items so they won?t get damaged. After they finished the work, they returned and arranged the items and then moved to the next area. Ezra assigned to my house his supervisor Charlie and he visited the house several times during the work time and made sure that we are happy and that there are no problems. Most of the paint work was a sponge paint with 2 colors but the common areas were with a special paint which took longer to do. I'm very happy with this company and I highly recommend them for any paint work.
