Chase came out and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and installed the parts needed and my refrigerator and freezer are working again. My refrigerator was hot and no ice either. I have a whirlpool side by side with bottom freezer and water and ice dispenser in the door. A new one would have cost thousands in which I don't have. I am low income and was able to afford his services. I checked at another well known place in Visa and they quoted $3,500 plus to fix it and they tried to sell me a new one. I really appreciate his great customer service skills and will be using Chase's/Angie's for all my needs from now on. He even took the time to show me how to keep it maintained so it lasts longer. My fridge is around 8-10 years old. I was so scared to call someone out and used an ice chest for 3 weeks before I called around for quotes. I'm so glad I reached out and found him, I had a very enjoyable and happy experience.
