"I requested estimates from fencing contractors through Angi. Within hours Premier Fencing Co. called and setup an appointment to give me an estimate to replace my aging, dilapidated fence. The owner, Brian Koehn came up with a bid that was within our budget. The project was not an easy one. Posts had to be set adjacent to a bamboo stand and mature trees with large roots. Pipes used to reinforce existing rotted fence posts were difficult to remove. The finished project was exactly what I had envisioned. Top notch workman. Enjoyed the process. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
