"I wish I had more property to put fences and or gates on. I needed a rolling driveway gate with privacy lattice and 2 side yard gates with privacy lattice. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate and then no pressure and no sales calls.
When I was ready to have the work done they coordinated a time that worked for me to be there (I work nights) and they got the work done.
I couldn't be happier. That gates make my house look better and I feel better knowing that the new gates add privacy and strength to my property."
"I would like to highly recommend Stockdale Fence for new fence and gate installation services! Cody was very professional and had responses to any and all of my questions regarding my backyard fence installation. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner while keeping quality at the forefront. I will absolutely use Stockdale Fence on my next fencing project."
"I requested estimates from fencing contractors through Angi. Within hours Premier Fencing Co. called and setup an appointment to give me an estimate to replace my aging, dilapidated fence. The owner, Brian Koehn came up with a bid that was within our budget. The project was not an easy one. Posts had to be set adjacent to a bamboo stand and mature trees with large roots. Pipes used to reinforce existing rotted fence posts were difficult to remove. The finished project was exactly what I had envisioned. Top notch workman. Enjoyed the process. Would highly recommend this company for your fencing needs."
"We had a total of 4 bids from different local licensed landscape contractors. The first thing that attracted us to Elliot's Sprinklers and Landscape was their presentation of their estimated bid proposal for our backyard. Mike Elliot himself emailed me in 48 hours and had a 5 page written estimate with each category highlighted in complete detail. Every aspect from design, square footage and materials being used were priced accordingly. You know they took the time and research to make sure that everything is valued accordingly. Most bids we receive from other landscape contractors were just 1 page and only showed the approximate cost. Elliot's Sprinkler and Landscape are also big in water conservation which was also a big plus for me considering California's current drought crisis. Mike Elliot worked with the design I had in mind and had many helpful recommendations which I would never have thought of doing. He made the necessary adjustments to stay within my budget. His team of professionals who is led by Jon were all courteous, hardworking and answered all of my questions and made sure I have full understanding how each element works in my backyard. All materials used were top quality. The irrigation system used were all water efficient or has water saving features. Workmanship was nothing but excellent, Mike Elliot sets a high standard and has a keen attention to detail where minor imperfections such as a drip system tubing showing above ground will be corrected. The trees and shrubs that were planted in my backyard not only had good variation but also served a purpose. One of the most important aspects of backyard landscape that usually gets overlooked at is it's drainage system. A backyard won't function well and can create problems if water can't exit out in the front. When he had some heavy rain a couple of weekends ago, excess rain water were all directed and collected to the 4 drains they had installed. This means that they had planned and graded my soil appropriately where no water will remain stagnant. They even placed 2 drains on my concrete patio. Elliot's Sprinkler and Landscape stands behind their work and offers 1 year warranty. Dealing with this company is money well spent. "
"Professional, prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with. He brought his team and a trailer full of tools and knocked the job out in a couple of days. They left my job site clean. They reworked the layout and moved cabinets and the refrigerator and oven area. They also built a set of drawers so we can open a wall between the kitchen and living room. The drawers were built from remnants in another part of the house. We're hiring him again on another upcoming project for my rental."
"The quality of work was excellent. They did a great job for a fair price. I was pleased with the service and I would use the service again. I highly recommend them."
A stockade fence is a common type of privacy fence. These fences consist primarily of side-by-side boards without any gaps, thus eliminating the possibility of anyone peeking into your property. Stockade-style fences also typically included pointed pickets on top for even more security. Other than these traits, stockade fences come in a wide variety of styles.
Generally, the height of your dog fence should be 3 times the distance from the ground to your dog’s shoulder. For most small breeds, a 4-foot high fence will be more than enough to keep them from jumping out. Medium-sized breeds like Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and German Shepherds will need at least a 5-6 foot fence to stay contained. Large breeds that are also excellent jumpers, such as Greyhounds, may need a 7-foot high fence.
Split rail fencing is a type of post and rail fencing. Other post and rail fences include corral board and post and dowel. Post and rail fencing is the term used for any type of fence with vertical posts, horizontal rails, and nothing else (specifically excluding pickets). So, technically, a split rail fence is a post and rail fence.
Because this composite fencing and deck material is made from both wood and plastic, it’s more durable than either alone. It’s so popular for outdoor purposes because it really does stand the test of time. Heavy rain and high heat won’t greatly change its structural integrity; it can last up to 25 years in total with proper care.
Rust, bent or broken bars, loose posts, and weakened welds are common problems that require repair to maintain security and appearance.
