The owner, Brian Koehn came up with a bid that was within our budget. The project was not an easy one. Posts had to be set adjacent to a bamboo stand and mature trees with large roots. Pipes used to reinforce existing rotted fence posts were difficult to remove. The finished project was exactly what I had envisioned. Top notch workman. Enjoyed the process. "Everything works perfectly now. I can't complain. Their experience really showed in the very swift manner in which they repaired the underground plastic pipes. They also gave me very explicit instructions as to what to do after they had repaired them. They told me not to walk on the ground for a day or two, and not to turn it on for at least 18-24 hours to let the cement set. It is supposed to set very quickly but nevertheless, they said why take chances, and I think that is experience talking. Everything was put back together in a more than acceptable manner. They are also working on a plan for our front yard and I haven’t seen that yet. They are very busy and I am very patient. They were most cooperative. When I asked a question, the older of the two guys gave me an answer, and he told me why it was the answer. He did it very quickly in good, clear English. It was most appreciated. I have used the sprinkler system, and it works. The two of them worked together very well. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing."

They reworked the layout and moved cabinets and the refrigerator and oven area. They also built a set of drawers so we can open a wall between the kitchen and living room. The drawers were built from remnants in another part of the house. We're hiring him again on another upcoming project for my rental."
