He was very knowledgeable and made it feel like he was helping us come up with some great ideas. Some of the other contractors that came to the house and gave us quotes were pretty stingy when it came to creative ideas, they didn't really allow us to put to much of our input in. But that was not the case with So Cal Builders, it was really nice to feel like we were being heard and they had some fantastic ideas and found ways to save us money. Currently we had to put our project off until next year (personal reasons), but as soon as we are ready to break ground, I know who my first call will be to. Keep up the good work guys."

He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs. He explained was very thorough in making his assessment on what his recommendations were to repair the settled section of our home. We had a few other companies come out and they didn't supply the knowledge or details that Mark provided to us. Once we scheduled the work to start, we received daily updates from the crew on the status of our project and what things they were finding, They even supplied pictures to us to correspond with the updates.
