First cleaning represents at "getting-to-know-you". Subsequent cleanings are more representative of the company's typical performance. To be fair, I gave a less than "5" rating based on a comparison of some other cleaning services I have used previously. I did not have the time to tell them more precisely what I want on a regular basis, but will do so next cleaning day.

Once I inquired on homeadvisor, Jonnette called me within the hour. She has the attention to detail that I like and provides the best cleaning service I have ever used. It's important to her to provide a quality job.

Due to previous failed cleaning services, I was skeptical of finding someone I like. But Fresh-n-Clean looks like a perfect match. I can call or text and they are quick to respond and their initial cleaning was very good.

Jonette is simply the best! She is professional and amazing at what she does. The house was just gorgeous when I came home, she even got some spots in my girls bathroom I had given up on for good! Miracle worker! What a great experience. She is also fantastic with pets, which I can tell because my dog wasn't barking his head off like usual. I would absolutely recommend Fresh-N-Clean...and actually have already!

Very quick response. They helped me out of a bind with very short notice and was very accommodating. Very pleasant, considerate, and fast. I was in the process of moving and hadn't been able to move all the boxes out of the way and she and her assistant both helped me move the boxes so they could complete their job. They did it happily and I was very greatful for the help. They did more than I had expected them to do.

I needed top to bottom cleaning of a vacant rental unit which was left in TERRIBLE condition. Jonnette and her associate did a good job cleaning. But there was some gunk left on a wall by the toilet and there was mold on the wall above the shower tile that did not get cleaned so I will have to go back and do those. One thing that was a bit odd was an old soap dispenser that we kept at the property for washing up was missing. Not a big deal but just struck me as odd.

We had a construction disaster with granite dust throughout our home on a Friday. We were not only inconvenienced, but were also concerned about the dust with our 2 month old and 3 year old in the house. I made countless calls to cleaning services, and could find no one on such short notice. When I spoke with Jonnette at Fresh-N-Clean she made phone calls to her staff, but no one was available. She then called me back and said she would come out HERSELF, and showed up with in the hour!! Not only was she a lifesaver, but also did a fantastic job (late in to the evening too)! I wish there were more people out there like her!! Thank you!!

Jonette did an awesome job!! I had renters in my house that did not clean for 2 months and she and Chris got everything sparkling clean including the carpet and especially the horrible bathrooms!!! She and Chris are super nice and I would recommend them and use them again. Don't search any further for someone who will do a great job cleaning and is affordable. Thanks Jonette and Chris I know you worked very hard cleaning my house and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!

The apartment looked good overall after she was done, there were a couple of spots that still had some dog hair but there was also a lot of it to start with. She re-schedueled once for me, was very nice, accomadating, and got along with my unpredictable dog.
