Great job… solved all issues. Repaired fallen fence, replaced posts, poured concrete

I hired Isaac to repair a window leak. They estimated it would cost $1,626.19 if I did the mudding and painting of the sheetrock inside. When Chad came out (not Isaac), he found that the window flashing was incorrectly installed and decided that they didn't need to take off any more boards. So instead of about 15 boards, they replaced 2. He ended up charging me $220.50 less than his estimate because of this. After Chad left, I found two of my garden lights broken where he had done the work. I texted Isaac photos, but he said he didn't have before photos and said Chad didn't break them. This is unlikely, and I was surprised that he didn't just offer to replace or make good in some way considering they were fairly inexpensive. Unfortunately, about two weeks after the repair, the leak reappeared. I contacted Isaac via text and told him the leak had reappeared (after I had finished repairing the drywall, unfortunately). He replied, "The only option is to rip open the wall and leave it open until the spot where the water is coming in can be located. For all I know, there is a hole in the roof, and it is leaking in from there." I felt this reply wasn't an offer to help or do the right thing, especially when he was defensive about my lights being damaged and left it at that. In the intervening two years, I had the roof replaced, but the leak still occurred, so I hired someone else to look at it. They found that where Chad had installed Vycor, water had pooled behind. Fundamentally, the issue was above the two boards they replaced, and they should have checked since that was what the original estimate was for. I texted Isaac my findings and asked for a refund. He was very defensive, saying, "I need to see pictures". I sent him pictures, and he said he had installed the Vycor correctly. He said he didn't remove the siding. I told him he did. He said I didn't authorize removing all the siding. I told him I had a bid from him for replacing all the siding. He said I should have called him. I said I texted him. He said I didn't (I still have the texts). He then told me to have a nice day. At that point, I told him I would leave him this review, and he tried calling me. I chose not to answer and texted him, saying I didn't want to argue on the phone and that he'd had his chance to make things right.

Our fence was pretty tricky, but Issac was able to find a solution, get it done quickly, and it looks great!

Very happy with deck refinishing and gate fix. Decided against fence replacement [nothing to do with them]. Responsive and personable folks who answered all questions.

We had custom fence built for our house, Isaac and team did a great job and was easy to work with. Took a little longer than planned but in the end was very pleased

Isaac and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Isaac himself is amiable and engages in timely and thorough communication, thus ensuring that both the installation specifications and installation planning for our new fence, landscape retaining walls, and natural stone steps were well thought out. He and his crew consistently adhered to the schedule communicated, made the most of each day, and produced quality build - Our fence, retaining walls, and stone steps look great. Last and just as important, along the way Isaac was more than willing to collaborate on the design of a couple of project deliverables that were a bit "fluid" at the start, and needed to be worked out as build evolved. He was patient, super flexible, and very helpful - will definitely hire again.

Isaac was prompt and professional. We needed our fence replaced by a certain date, a few weeks from the time of contact. He came by right away to gather info and then sent an estimate promptly. He kept to the schedule we needed and did great work. We are very pleased and certainly recommend him.
