Experts on Construction and I had a disagreement about a project which was cancelled soon after the agreement was made, thus the low rating I gave them. We have since resolved our dispute and I wish to make it clear that the reason I contracted them in the first place was because of their published ratings and extensive experience in different areas of construction. Since the project was canceled and I have had no real working experience with the firm, it may be a bit unfair to label them as a low rate construction company; therefore, I am withdrawing my initial low rating.
