I had work done on my beach house in the Riviera District in San Clemente. I am construction attorney and I have several rental properties in Las Vegas. I know what I am talking about when I say Mr. Corrrigan exceeded my expectations. House looks wonderful and it took only two days to paint the entire structure. He did more work than was required by agreement and was proud of the end result. Wife is very happy!

The two gentleman that painted my house were very professional and courteous. They were friendly and did an outstanding job. They got the job done quickly for us so that we could get other projects completed.

The house looks great, the work was excellent--HOWEVER--at the end, after Mr. Corrigan complimented me on what I was wearing (I'm female) he demanded $600.00 more than what the contract stated. Also, they left several bags of heavy trash in my front yard and a discarded door in my back yard that I will have to pay someone to haul away.

Interior painting involves many details and Bart is keenly aware and pats special attention to detail.

Overall it was a very good job gave 4.5 stars only because there was some spots but the door with runs and was painted over old peeled paint.

Bart was hired to paint the exterior of my mom's house in Newport Beach, an all wooden home built in the 1930's. The crew power-washed the house and did a thorough job of prepping it, including chipping and sanding all necessary surfaces and applying primer. They also replaced any rotted or missing wood. The crew was meticulous and painted all the nooks and crannies carefully and the job was completed a day ahead of schedule. Bart was very honest and knowledgeable and was very involved in the entire process. His crew was courteous and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. The house looks great! I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Bart to paint the exterior of our home as well as repair a ton of wood damage. Bart was trustworthy, reliable and got the job done a day ahead of schedule. We had decide to list our house for sale and were under some major time constraints and Bart did the job a week faster than all other quotes we got. He also had a great eye for color and was a big help in picking out which shades to paint the house. I would highly recommend Bart, the job was A+ work!

I hired Bart to perform power wash of the house and paint of exterior wooden parts of the house. The work was done faster than I anticipated, very accurately and clean, with great quality. Would highly recommend.

We hired Bartley for our CA home while we were living in CO- he was so easy to work with remote and had great communication with us. He contacted me daily, sent photos of the work and repairs that needed to be done. He worked with our tenant on daily schedules and was very mindful of cleanup. He is VERY knowledgeable in wood siding and coastal paint issues.
