"Good contact, friendly and knowledgeable...(we did not do the contemplated project)"

"Excellent. Byron was punctual and offered me a competitive quote from the start. Throughout the project he was forthcoming and pointed out any area he anticipated would not sand to his standard (floors are 73 years old). There were never surprises. He sent photos of the progress regularly and walked me through the project daily. I’m satisfied with the results and grateful he made suggestions from the beginning. In general, he’s an honest contractor and a nice guy to work with. Photos attached were taken during the project; not final."

"Wade, the owner and his employee Luis were definitely stand up guys! Wade was a man of his word! No money was asked for up front. My wife and I were pressed for time and needed our water damaged floor replaced in a short timeframe. Wade made that happen and Luis worked hard to accomplish the work."

"Monteros Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job of sanding and refinishing my wood floor. Javier and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and on time. I have had my floor done before by other local companies, but in my opinion Monteros does a superior job for less. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!
If we need any floor coverings or window coverings in the future, we're calling Andre.  Thank you, Andre and thank you, Angie's List.

"Mike suggested we get the carpets cleaned and just do a small carpet replacement rather than completely replace the carpet.  He said that the carpet was still in good condition and should last at least a few more years.  Honest, helpful, and caring.  When we do purchase carpet, it will be from M&M Carpets.

"The cat destroyed under the door and the puppy ripped a piece in the middle of the carpet and he made it look great with what we had."

"Reliable company is what describes Progressive Builders . I had the company construct 3 rooms to my home . Did a great job inside and out . The windows looks amazing along with the new wooden floor in each room . I now have a reliable company to call for any future projects."

"They were very prompt.  There was some confusion as to where to pick up the carpets, and they were basically very willing to figure it out.  They came out on time.  We were extremely busy.  We knew how much it would cost.  We told them that we had other commitments and that we had to go.  We paid them the money and just trusted them because we got them through Angie's List.  They did everything that they said they would, and did not cut any corners.  The job was done to our satisfaction.  They quoted the right price too.  They weren’t the cheapest; but they were not the most expensive either.  They were great."
