"Wood flooring in hallway. Carpet in 4 other rooms. Carpet installation was good. Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up. There were air gaps when walking on certain planks. The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky? Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns. Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.

"I called him Saturday. It was installed Thursday. Took about 3.5 hours. The owner, Mike, is very friendly, helpful, flexible and really followed thru. He listened to what I wanted and promised that it could be done quickly. He delivered. The worker who installed the flooring, Jose, was professional, quick and did an excellent job. We are now considering other flooring projects in the house because they were so outstanding and will definitely be using them again."

"My husband and I installed hardwood floors in our house and ran out of steam when it came to completing the last room. Elizabeth was able to give me a quote over the phone since we already had all the materials and really just needed it installed. The crew was running a little late due to getting lost in the morning. The job took 1.5 days. They did a terrific job and cleaned up very well."
