All units are set up to work by wall switch and remote. Brian and his team ensure I knew which wall switch went with appropriate fan unit. "Once I discovered Garafano Electric, I haven't used anyone else for electrical work. If you can get Bill to work at your house, do so. He's really meticulous and does things "old school". What I mean is that he doesn't like to make big holes in walls to make his job easier, leaving the repair to a follow-on drywall contractor. As part of the work, I had some recessed lights installed in the ceiling of a balcony where there were no lights or electrical wiring installed previously. Bob was able to cut the stucco out perfectly requiring almost no repair. He was upset that he wasn't able to perfectly center the lights in the space provided (but this was due to the placement of the roof joists). Additionally, the owner (William) is a real pleasure to deal with. I have no plans to use any other company for electric work at my house."
