This second visit resolved the hidden neutral wire issue with the insulation involved in a screw-down spot; improper and burnt for who knows how long. Mike A. was a literal life saver, since the breaker panel could have had a catastrophic failure and fire. "Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."
