The owner of VIP, Valentin Pop came to my home to assess the work that was needed and a few days later provided a thorough work estimate of the entire job. Valentin is a very pleasant young family man, I found him to be professional, conscientious, well spoken and easy to communicate with. He said that he had been working with the same crew for 10+ years, which was evident in the way they all worked together.
