"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. We look forward to working with them again on our next project!"

"Ilan Yosef and IY Development took my dream kitchen from concept to reality! The attention to detail, from custom cabinetry to the flawless installation of countertops and backsplashes, was top-notch. Ilan kept me updated throughout the entire renovation process, and the team s professionalism and craftsmanship were outstanding. I m thrilled with the outcome â it s like cooking in a magazine-worthy kitchen! Highly recommend Ilan for anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free kitchen remodel."

"I hired Mikey to remodel my master bathroom and was completely satisfied with not only the results but the entire process. His bid was very fair and the craftsmanship was exceptional! The decision to go with him was one of the best decisions I made. I'm proud of the work and the experience I had. In fact, I had him remodel my other two bathrooms. If you are considering a contractor I would highly recommend you at least meet with Mikey from Progressive Builders. I got peace of mind and the comfort that hiring a contractor does not have to be a nightmare like most are."

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. What I loved about these guys is that all the products they installed were American made products, warrantied for 25 years! Working with Jonathan (our sales guy) was another reason I chose to go with Mega Power. Every step of the way Jonathan was informative, and just professional from day 1. Price quotes with other companies were similar, so I simply chose the company that provided me the best service before signing anything."

"The remodelers were friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped me choose the perfect materials for my kitchen. The end result is stunning and functional."
