"James was hard to work with. He did a good job but forgets who the customer is. He?s condescending and a know it all. Doesn?t think he has to work on holidays and still wants to be paid. Also he over charges. Charged us $250 to clean a very small spool twice a week. He left without any written resignation and didn?t formally say he wasn?t coming back. Just disappeared "
