hired them 3 years ago, did a great job. hired them again last month and it was a disaster from the start when Nate called the morning they were due to start and asked to reschedule. that was not possible for us; 2 guys in a rental truck showed up hours later, moved less than half the house then they left. Nate and 2 other guys showed up at 8pm to at least move our bed to the new house. they showed up the next day to complete the move, however broke several things including my piano. i saw this happen from the garage and watched them both look at the damage after saying "uh oh"..and no one even told me about it. when i texted Nate to say something about the damage, he texted back "here for you" however has not responded to any texts or calls since. I've sent the estimate for repair however, no response still and no one is answering their phones nor can you leave a voice mail. Avoid this company.

Everyone there is friendly and professional! Their communication is amazing, from Julio to the nice girl that I spoke to who works in the office. It was a very stressful time so It meant a lot. They all worked very hard and did a great job! My stuff arrived at my new place (550 miles away) safe and right on time. I would highly recommend them and I'm extremely happy that I chose Kings Content Care!!!
