"The crew were very professional and very nice. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. I got 4 different quotes from 4 different tree companies. I decided to go with Felix Tree Service because I enjoy talking to the Felix's brothers. They listened to what I wanted and they were more then happy to comply. They originally charged me $850 but to due to miscommunication on the dates, they kindly gave me 10% off. WOW! Did not see that coming. Thank you very, very much. So I end up paying $760..that is a little bit more then 10% off. I was more then appreciative. These guys are very nice. My front yard looks wonderful. And Yes I would hire them again and again."

Grover Landscape Services started in 1970 as a small lawn care business. As demand grew, so did the scope of our company. They also are good at explaining why certain things should or should not be done in order to keep the tree optimally healty. The only issue I had concerned a tree that they planted. I didn't receive instructions on how to care for the tree at the time it was planted. When I called about that, they apologized and said they forgot to give them to the workman for me and emailed them instead. That was fine. However, the description on the instructions of what the tree planting should look like when it was finished didn't match my tree. I inquired about that and they apologized and said that the workman was new to the company and hadn't yet been trained in how Grover expected things to be done. They said an arborist would come by to check it out and make sure everything was correct. That never happened. Unfortunately, at that time I had so many household issues that needed attention that I never was able to follow up on the query. But, other than that, they have been reliable."
