I had a fantastic experience with Nick and the MOD team. I learned a lot and felt that I and my property and tenants were treated incredibly respectfully and professionally. Nick and his crew are fantastic. I had a water leak in my kitchen, Nick was there the same day documenting the situation for insurance. He has been invaluable in helping me through my first insurance claim, as he has explained what to say to insurance and how they will proceed as well as explaining clearly the work that needs to be done. His workers have completed water abatement at my house and I have never seen a construction job done so neatly - their work is impeccable. Nick has promised to have my job completed within the constraints of the insurance reimbursement. I'm so glad I found this company!

MOD restoration Every day, my husband and I say to each other, have I told you today how much I love our house! In my lifetime I have lived through four different remodels, and I need to say that Nick and his team at MOD restoration has exceeded all other experiences. First, communication was excellent. Accessible, prompt, clear, timely. Second, Nicks vast experience and advanced industry tools allowed him to create a budget, and stay on budget all the way to the end of the project. When project adjustments were desired, the budget adjustments were presented and agreed-upon before moving forward. Thirdly, Nicks team were timely, clean, craftsman, and always available to answer, or explain any questions or concerns that we had. Fourth, they ended on time, and continued to be available till every last detail was met to our satisfaction. Fifth, they offer a one year, guarantee on products and workmanship! Nick and his team at MOD has restored my belief that quality workmanship, integrity, good communication, and a beautiful home to delight in can still be a reality.

We had water damage from a leaky washing machine that ultimately required most of the floors (and damaged wall areas) to be replaced and repaired. Nick and his crew get high marks from us because he is unlike the contractors (for non-disaster work) we have used in the past. First, he did all the initial work that helped us get exactly what was needed from the insurance company. His upfront work was essential to the project going smoothly. His detailed documentation left nothing for the insurance company to argue with. Second, he came in on budget. Third, they were efficient and completed the project on time. He never delayed the project to work on other projects. Finally, we love the finished work. We are very pleased.

Mr. Brovia did everything he said he would do and kept the job cleaning all times really no hazards or possible injury to us they were on time and polite and easy to deal with I would recommend them highly to anybody that considering a remodel Roofing whatever Elite might be your excellent company.

in April 2021, 25,000 gallons of water drain from fire hydrant into my house. Nick was the primary contractor involved he was in contact with insurance company setting up everything, as you may know there were some delays due covid, however he overcome great challenges, he did a great job, I highly recommend his services.
