They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. We also recently hired him to take down a closet in a small room to make it bigger, and his crew did that, patched the ceiling, relaid flooring, and then painted the room for us over a week - it turned out amazing! Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. It's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I have other projects.
