"They started each day at 8:00 AM and worked until 5:00 or later. They were very polite and professional. The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

"When we finally decided to do pavers for the front of our home, we were very lucky to casually stubble (funny story) into Rocco Pent! Great all around guy! I received multiple estimates but I was very impressed with Rocco's honesty, attention to detail, presentation, knowledge, and professionalism. I had a lot of questions, and I pay attention to every little detail - so I appreciated Rocco's patience and understanding in answering all my picky questions. I loved that I could see my project laid out visually before starting - that was very huge and important to me. Rocco made sure the project was done right from start to finish! It was also great to hear from one of the project coordinators, Travis, who personally called us to make sure things are good and if I had any questions/concerns along the way to call him anytime - great customer service! I am so happy with the work done by Black Diamond! Black Diamond delivered a beautiful transformation to our driveway, walkway and front porch! Geo (our foreman) and his team were clean, meticulous, and efficient, making sure my home was cleaned up before leaving each day - huge plus! We also had the front facade of our house replaced at the same time by other contractors. The projects impacted each other and Geo was helpful in making sure everyone working could finish and not get in each others way as much as possible. I just love my new driveway and patio, it looks so clean and modern! I get so many neighbors (and bikers riding by) saying how awesome it looks! "The installers were VERY professional.  The installers actually showed up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. It has made a big differance in the cooling of the house. The sales rep kept in tocch up to the installation date. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to install it. I"
