Overall our experience was fine until the end. They left several issues with our remodeled bathroom that we had to pay other professionals to redo. Unprofessional and messy at the end. We had to pay someone to repaint our ceiling and bedroom walls after they used the wrong paint color (I gave them the exact paint color) and you could see the difference in shades because they left it half covered. We also had to have a plumber come fix the hot water pressure in the brand new sink, the brand new toilet handle, repair the brand-new sink leak and other technical issues that shouldn't happen with a NEW remodel. Overall they did fine, but when you pay an exorbitant amount everything should be left in working order and pristine. I would not use their services again, and was disappointed by the way they left things.

I highly recommend Byron and his business. My backyard is beautiful and the whole team were courteous and respectful. They tidied up after themselves everyday. Byron was very knowledgeable about drainage and the whole process went smoothly. I hardly ever recommend businesses so for me to do this you know that you will get quality work if you hire him.

My initial submission for a bid was answered with a call the same day in which we arranged a time to walk the project. That happened on a Friday morning. Friday afternoon I received and acceptable bid. Saturday the contract was signed. Sunday a confirmation call was received. Monday the work was done. Tuesday remaining materials were picked up. The experience was efficient, clean and professional .

Byron was an AMAZING contractor! We had a lot of construction happening in our unit and he was very understanding with the construction company and our HOA. He made sure everyone had clarity about what was going to happen and made everyone feel at ease. Byron is a super great guy to work with and his years of experience in the bay were invaluable to us. We've heard many horror stories about contractors and delays, but he was diligent and trustworthy. We even caught him working on one of the weekends to help us hit our deadline! Once everything was said and done, the condo looked beautiful! I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a quality remodel job.
