"I recently hired Arnie - Fences Plus contractor to add wooden stairs and a gate to my balcony, and I couldn't be happier with the result. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and he communicated clearly and politely throughout the process. He was always on time and his estimate was very reasonable compared to other contractors I considered. I highly recommend his services!"

"WOW. I have never had someone work on my house that was as fast, as efficient, and as professional as the worker whose name I do not recall. When he arrived he was all work, never stopped until the job was done. He even fixed of the rollers, which I didn't know were a problem. I would hire again."

"It was emergency call , could not open my door. Paid too much for springs, oh well the repair person was at my house 8 am sharp and was done in one hour. Since my door would not open I had no leverage in negotiating the fee . Paid $ 600.00 Maybe $200.00 too much"

"Repairman arrived quickly and was able to repair the problem in a short amount of time.

"Very easy to work with, friendly, courteous.  Julio has a general contractor license and has a wide range of experience and knowledge in home repairs.  When I learned this, i went beyond asking for simple handyman tasks to asking him to do a significant remodel job - the closet extension.  He had to tear down the existing wall, rebuild it, add drywall, replace crown moldings and baseboards, add recessed lighting, paint the walls, install a pocket door, repair the carpets. It looked complicated to me and he did a fantastic job!   Furthermore, it was done with permits, so there was a city inspector checking on his work.

He was on time and cleaned-up each day.  He finished earlier than estimated and the cost was in keeping with the original bid, plus changes that i asked for along the way. "
