For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay.

"Very easy to work with, friendly, courteous.  Julio has a general contractor license and has a wide range of experience and knowledge in home repairs.  When I learned this, i went beyond asking for simple handyman tasks to asking him to do a significant remodel job - the closet extension.  He had to tear down the existing wall, rebuild it, add drywall, replace crown moldings and baseboards, add recessed lighting, paint the walls, install a pocket door, repair the carpets. It looked complicated to me and he did a fantastic job!   Furthermore, it was done with permits, so there was a city inspector checking on his work.
