My job went perfect. This was the second time I have used Omega Construction and both of my experiences were great.

They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I could not ask for more.

It was a fabulous experience. Best contractor I have had. On time, courteous, clean and the work was perfect.
I am using them to do some electrical work next week.  

They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. I am very happy with them!

Julio did an excellent job.

He started work late and only completed 10% of the weed whacking. Two guys did this in two hours last year. He said he is bringing a 2nd person so 2 people each 4hrs. He did not say he would not finish. The extra help he brought were two amateur teenagers that didn't want to work and stopped painting early! They slathered on too much stain and ran out of it. After cleaning the siding I think they started painting before wall had dried. He didn't know how to reset my landscape lighting. As for the irrigation, I managed to fix it the day before. The painting was never finished; they ran out after putting on too much stain. The instructions say to put on a thin coat. If he thought he couldn't complete the work he should have told me when he began and I would have gotten someone else. He said he would come back today, Thursday June 25 to complete the job, but I e mailed him last night to ask if he was still coming to finish, and he just said he was going to drop off the paint next week. Last week when he was here he said he was going to get his wire weed whacker and complete but since then he's been silent. When he was here last Saturday his weed whacker didn't work so he had to go to the hardware store 5 miles away to get a part. He told the teenagers to start staining, but I had to supervise them as they were slow and didn't know what to do. I should have my money back unless he finishes. I've asked him if he will (after getting his e mail that he will drop if the stain next week) if he plans to finish the job but no reply!

I could not have asked for a better experience. Julio was prompt in returning my initial call, he actually answered the phone when I rang. He came out the next day, at the time he said he would be there, and gave me a quote after inspecting the site and work requested. The quote was exactly what I thinking the project should be.  Julio was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.  Julio emailed a quote and once I accepted his proposal, he said he could start the job a couple of days later.  The day he was scheduled to start work, Julio and his team arrived on time, like on the dot, and they were prepared for the work that needed to be done. Julio was extremely conscientious of my property and was as neat as possible. Not an easy thing to do. Once the trim was replaced, he needed to match the paint color to the existing color on the house..it was spot on. The end result was absolutely fabulous. Great job! I would not hesitate in recommending Julio to anyone looking for quality work.

Julio respond very quickly and is very friendly and courteous.  His team is very pleasant with good attitudes.  He delivered as promised in a timely manner with excellent job. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his service for my future needs.

Julio is an honest, hardworking general contractor that can do your whole remodel job without calling in subs.  He shows up when he says he'll be there!  He turned the townhouse I bought from looking like the 80's into looking like a new place!  He is very easy to work with and always cleans up when he leaves.  Many of my neighbors saw the work he did for me and have used him for their remodeling jobs.

Very easy to work with, friendly, courteous.  Julio has a general contractor license and has a wide range of experience and knowledge in home repairs.  When I learned this, i went beyond asking for simple handyman tasks to asking him to do a significant remodel job - the closet extension.  He had to tear down the existing wall, rebuild it, add drywall, replace crown moldings and baseboards, add recessed lighting, paint the walls, install a pocket door, repair the carpets. It looked complicated to me and he did a fantastic job!   Furthermore, it was done with permits, so there was a city inspector checking on his work.  

He was on time and cleaned-up each day.  He finished earlier than estimated and the cost was in keeping with the original bid, plus changes that i asked for along the way.
