So the man who went up to fix it, came back down saying it was beyond what he could do. Another roofing company came to do an estimate and left without ever getting back to me with an actual estimate. Then Uriel came, confirmed that it was bad and gave me a guestimate and said he would send me a firm estimate. A couple days later, the detailed estimate arrived. We immediately scheduled the work. He and his team arrived and worked all week up in the 105 degrees til the work was complete. We couldn't be happier!"

Do not pay more. You'll deal mostly a project manager -at the job site mostly, but not always.Their "signature method" of installation may not be what you want. There were different workers in and out of rotation and we had to be there every day to make sure installation was done to our liking, otherwise, things were just done and had to be redone later. All the workers were very nice and want to please, but varied in their skill and experience. Caulking and painting was just satisfactory, not their strongest suit. We are left with some ugly areas of caulking that we hope we won't notice as time goes on."

He was able to tarp the roof (in the pouring rain and wind) to prevent further water damage and was able to return to complete the roofing job timely. We are very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail of Jose and his crew. They communicated well with our insurance adjuster and with us. They showed up on time every work day and worked hard to complete the job. In spite of the stress of this event in our lives we could not be happier with our experience with Prime Roofing."
