I have a lot to say about this company. Firstly, we got several recommendations for gutter companies when I contacted each one. I NEVER got a call back. I contacted about 4. I just gave up. Then I said I need new gutter work. So I started googling gutter companies and found this one. OMG. I called. They contacted back immediately and we made an appointment for the next day. They came out on time and Michael came out. Addressed our problems and fave us an estimate for the work. It was a very fair price They didn’t pressure us and explained everything. After dealing with old gutters full of leaks, I got several quotes and chose them for their competitive pricing, their friendliness, and specialization - they focus exclusively on gutters, which I appreciated. Michael handled my estimate and was straightforward throughout the process. Serge did an excellent job with the project inspection and ensuring everything was done properly. Quick note: they communicate best by phone rather than email. They are on the road a lot, but are very good at answering and returning calls. What really impressed me was their service when a minor issue came up. Within 24 hours, Serge had identified the problem, communicated with Michael, and Michael had everything resolved. Absolutely amazing. I'm really into their honest, no-nonsense approach. As specialists, they aren't salespeople trying to up-sell you on unnecessary products. They use what they trust, recommend what you actually need, and deliver quality work without the smoke and mirrors. They are willing to tell you that not everything needs to be replaced, instead of up-selling. I ended up with new seamless gutters, I added gutter guards but as they say, optional and depends on the house and foliage nearby. I like specialists who know the ins and outs, I'm not big into salesmen. Out of all the contractors I met with, Nor Cal Gutter Solutions was the most friendly, made the most sense, and delivered fantastic work. No tricks, just honest, easy-to-work-with people who get the job done right.
