Ed is the best plumber and contractor I have ever worked with. He is fair, honesty, trustworthy and will go above and beyond for his customers. He is punctual and reliable and will make sure everything is taken care of with the best quality materials and will not budge on safety. He has a very good eye for design as well.

Ed was great. He responded to my quote right away. He was very honest that he had never done a job like this before with our washer and dryer being next to the refrigerator. We wanted him to install a water line for our new fridge as it has a filtration system. He said if he could find the part he needed he would do the job. The next day he called me back stating he found the piece and can do the job for $140 he came this morning to do the job. He was very respectful of the social distancing in place, wore a mask, and clean gloves. He did the job in 20 minutes, cleaned up, and tested the water filter. He was great! We will definitely keep him in mind for further projects and have recommended him to our condo neighbors. Thank you Ed!

Ed replaced the cartridge in the rain shower of our master bathroom. He also replaced the kitchen faucet and suggested where I could purchase a quality faucet that he was aware was currently on sale. He was courteous, arrived exactly when he said he would, cleaned up after he completed the installation and charged a very reasonable rate for his labor. I can recommend him highly and would definitely call him again for any further plumbing work.

First of all, I was charged $4,000 for LABOR ONLY for services described above. I paid an additional $950 for all materials required. Only one worker was present with minimal supervision as contractor spent approximately one hour only each day as he was too busy with other major projects. On first day he did accompany me to Home Depot for purchases. Limited regard to personal property. My brand new white kitchen cabinets were filthy as they were not properly covered until I pointed it out. Refrigerator was slightly scratched as not covered until I recommended it. I was promised I could use a credit card but contractor said he would have to pay 3% for its use so I was required to pay $4K by check. My laminate entrance hallway and carpeting in dining room were improperly covered and I had to protect these areas DAILY from the accumulated dust with plastic. Two weeks after project was completed, I'm still removing red dust from the kitchen tile, walls and stove. Additionally, cleanup was not performed on a daily basis. Contractor's excuse was they would perform thorough cleaning upon completion of project which took 7 days. I was overwhelmed by the dust. On the fourth day when I complained about the excessive redlike dust appearing on the cabinets and walls after they removed the plastic, AND after I spent almost two hours on a ladder washing down the walls and cabinets, he responded LOUDLY and INTIMIDATINGLY: "I will stop all work right now and bring in a cleaning crew to clean the dust in your kitchen." That would have delayed the project which should not have taken as long had he brought two workers instead of one as previously promised. At this point, I could no longer tolerate his demeaning outbursts when communicating my concerns. If you are a single female, run for the hills. Contractor was in most instances rude, impatient and ridiculed me for not being knowledgeable of electrical, plumbing and construction in general. He said he would explain it to me in detail for an additional charge. Needless to say, I was undoubtedly overcharged and left dissatisfied for the services provided.

Ed did an excellent job and the toilet is no longer leaking. Very professional and on time.
