He showed me the line breakage and how the water was slowly seeping into the ground. I felt comfortable with him since he was so detailed and understood where to dig (instead of disrupting the whole yard/garden area). We were concerned about how dirty the job could be, but they tried to keep the movement of dirt to a minimum. As they finished the job each day, they cleaned up the area and getting it ready for the next days work. They only had to shut off the water/sewer usage for one day which made my 91 year old mom happy, We replaced and installed a new sewer system. The pipes to the kitchen, toilets, sinks, tub/shower and laundry were all replaced. They installed rebar dowels before cementing the floors.
