"Victor is a consummate plumbing professional. He has worked for Reckon and Reckon Plumbing, Inc. for over 20 years. He did everything for this customer to give a correct diagnosis. He has never done anything unscrupulously. He has always put the customers best interest first. It is not his fault that this customer needs a repair on a waste line that is under a concrete slab. We would always want to correct any and all plumbing issues. I hope this customer is able to find a plumbing company that is as responsible as Reckon and Reckon Plumbing, Inc. is to correct their plumbing problem."

We correctly diagnosed your concern, and installed a circulating pump, along with performing other necessary work at your home. The work that we performed would not raise the pressure in your pipes such that they would leak. If someone told you differently, they are misinformed. At Reckon and Reckon Plumbing Company, we only send qualified plumbers to work at our customer's homes. We do not have service managers or sales people. If work can be performed by one plumber, sometimes the second plumber will perform work at the work location.
