"I can’t say enough about the incredible, outstanding, excellent job that Sam and Ricardo did on moving our Murphy bed to a new location at the other end of our house. It was a chore that I would have given up on but they did it without a scratch to the unit, our walls or paint! As one section had been glued together and was too tall to get through the doorway they ended up taking it outside and bringing it in through the window. I was amazed! They were so professional and easy to work with! I couldn’t be happier with the professional job they did and the Murphy bed looks great and works perfectly in the new location. He was always patient and gave great input as we went through many iterations and revisions before finding our best solution. We are a young family with three little kids so finding someone that gave us the time and patience to get our project right was amazing and I think pretty rare. The crew is just as great, they are detail oriented and conscientious. From start to finish they fixed any problems they found, (even if they weren't in the original scope), made suggestions and found solutions to make the house better. "Rick, the owner of Ovation put us instantly at ease. His suggestions led us to not only remodel our bathroom, but extend remodeling to the rest of our home. Our first meeting, and every interaction following with Rick's crew was positive. They came, they worked hard, always smiling and were very flexible towards our needs. We heard how much they thought of Rick and his wife Jessica, which only confirmed we made the right choice. Issues came up, which we didn't count on, and I'm embarrassed to admit Rick & Jessica were on the receiving end of my stress, but despite this, Rick always remained patient, and even Jessica called to reassure me she was working on it. In the end, my whole house was completely made over with new bathroom cabinets (including linen storage) flooring, doors, trim, molding and paint.
