"We had a squeaky door with a bent lower panel, plus a second door that would sometimes jam when we tried to open it, and which seemed to have much too strong of a spring (it would fly open if the power opener was disconnected), as well as making a lot of noise.  The tech came out on the special service deal and was on-time and did a thorough job of greasing and adjusting the doors.  I asked if they could help repair a dent in the large door and make the small door run smoother as well as correcting the spring tension.  He worked up a quote, that involved a lot of back-and-forth with the home office, include a second trip to the house to re-measure.  They ordered parts, scheduled installation, then contacted me to say they didn't get the right parts and I'd have to wait another month or so to get the right ones.
After the parts arrived, the same tech came out to install.  I think he was maybe a little inexperienced, but he got the job done.  The large door worked great with no more dent, and the changes to the small door fixed the spring tension, but it is, if anything, more noisy than before the work.  I mean it's loud.  I had hoped that spending close to a grand would get me quiet, smooth doors.
While the tech was generally professional, he did leave a bit of a mess for me in my garage and driveway.
Let me sum up by saying that I think they did a decent job, but I feel like it was beer-n-burgers for a steak-n-wine price.

"I found Vince on Angie's List 3 years ago. I interviewed him and selected him, in part, because of a Deal on the list. This year, after speaking with 3 companies found on Angie's List, we again decided to go with About Green Land Care. Vince returned my call and was able to stop by that day on his way home from another job. He recognized the yard, and the trees, and talked with us about what we wanted. We agreed to a price and scheduled a date the following week. It's a busy time of year; after evaluating the size of the job (medium small) he was able to fit us in his schedule on a morning before another job. Vince and his team arrived promptly and began work. In addition to sharing his knowledge and experience, he was also willing to take input from us and the trees came out nicely. The work was completed as planned, with an extra - he had his team blow out our gutters while they were on the roof. They worked carefully and cleaned up all evidence of the work before leaving. He did advise when he arrived, that the wood chipper was having problems that morning. After removing the fruit from the branches, separating the ripe from the green, the branches were neatly stacked on the side of the driveway and removed the following day, Vincent and his team know what they are doing and, more importantly, they enjoy what they are doing and seem to enjoy their clients."
