"My wife and I needed to have our entire living room with cathedral ceiling and second floor landing painted, including the wood trim, and we also needed the family room/kitchen walls to be scraped, skim coated, re-textured, and painted. Based on reviews and recommendations we got from neighbors and friends, we called Mint for a quote. Jon Green, the owner, came to the house. He was a nice guy and very easy to communicate with. He answered all our questions and gave us advice when we asked for it. There was no pressure to commit to anything during the visit, and he sent us a quote the following day. We got a couple of other quotes, but ultimately we chose Mint because of their stellar reputation and ease of communication. Jon got us exact paint samples to try before the project started, and he gave us an accurate start date that worked with our schedule. On the first day that work was to start (July 1, 2019), Oscar, the project supervisor, and his crew from Mint, showed up. Oscar answered all my questions and addressed all of my areas of concern. He was very patient with me, and he did a great job instructing his crew. The project took three day, which was one day faster than we thought it might take. Mint was on-time every day, and the entire crew was great and very kind to my family, which I greatly appreciated. Best of all, they did an amazing job. Also, they handled all the little things I asked for, and they did some really nice extra things on their own that made the entire job even better. "We hired Joe and his team to handle our primary bathroom remodel and are very pleased only a few days into the work. While our bathroom is on the small side, in order to get what we want, it requires complete demolition and all appropriate re-configuration so it is a substantial project. In our initial consultation, Joe provided great space-efficient ideas and helpful suggestions for where to shop for the items we'd need. He has been extremely communicative and responsive which we greatly appreciate, as that can be hard to come by. So far his team has been quick and efficient and is meeting our expectations in terms of the daily schedule and progress.
