"GK Painting: Gary Kassabian, GK Painting Company, is an expert, detailed, knowledgeable, thorough, and pro-active contractor whom I have relied on for several years. He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. Most recently he actually “saved the day” by single-handedly discovering a new water leak due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump during the hottest week in 2020 in the garage which created yet another leak in the walls adjacent to the original problem he was contracted to repair, just prior to his repairing that recent plumbing problem and he personally arranged an air conditioning company to immediately install the new air conditioning pump. BGB and Nir were really great at helping us navigate through the whole process. From design decisions to fixtures to appliances, they helped us choose without pressuring us and communicated regularly about schedules and expectations. Also, they were always available and immediately responsive when we had questions or needs. There were no hidden charges and everything was up front. Most importantly, we’re VERY satisfied with the result. We would definitely recommend you speak to them if considering a remodel to your home."

"The remodel went very well. They were responsive, kept to their schedule and the finished product looks great. When issues arose, they worked with us and were committed to getting us what we wanted. The job did run a little over budget because they demo'd out a set of cabinets in a connecting laundry room that we ultimately wouldn't have replaced. They were very open to how to make it right, and ultimately we found a balanced solution that was fair to everybody. We didn't have a lot of change orders, but what we did ask about was quoted at a rate that seemed a little high to me, so if you think you may do any extras, be sure to get that quoted up-front. Additionally, while the finished product  ultimately ended up looking great, you will have to be vigilant to be sure there aren't any cut corners on the finishing work. There were a few times that things needed to be redone, but they did that with no complaints and an obvious desire to see the customer made happy.
