"GK Painting: Gary Kassabian, GK Painting Company, is an expert, detailed, knowledgeable, thorough, and pro-active contractor whom I have relied on for several years. He first painted the interior of my two-story town house with absolute perfection. Since then he has followed up on several repairs at my town house through the years, i.e., insulation, dry wall, pipe-fitting, vanity replacement, and painting which have occurred due to problems created by other plumbing companies. Above and beyond the call of duty, he contacted the company who recently installed a new water heater for me since they did not complete the installation per code resulting in their immediate action to comply. Most recently he actually “saved the day” by single-handedly discovering a new water leak due to a malfunctioning air conditioning pump during the hottest week in 2020 in the garage which created yet another leak in the walls adjacent to the original problem he was contracted to repair, just prior to his repairing that recent plumbing problem and he personally arranged an air conditioning company to immediately install the new air conditioning pump. "Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."
