We asked Jim to remove the old wallpaper that had been in the kitchen and bathroom since the house was built. He did the job and repainted the walls covering all the marks and imperfections that remained. He is a true professional and made the whole process a pleasure.

Very courteous to other workers in the house and willing to work around them. Used a laser to ensure paper was straight. Everything was immaculate when he left. The wallpaper is beautiful! SIMPLY THE BEST! I NEED JAMES TO REMOVE AND HANG REPLACRMENT WALL PAPER WHERE IT HAD HOLES AND BEEN DAMAGED BY MULTIPLE TV WALL BRACKETS AND HOLES FROM CREATIVE TV INSTALLATIONS. I HAD SAVED PAPEDR FROM WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY HUNG MORE THAN 10 YEARS AGO AND WAS LUCKY THAT DISCOLORATION WAS NOT AN ISSUE. JAMES WAS ABLE TO REPLACE A SMALLER AREA THAN I HAD EXPECTED BY NOT NEEDING TO RELY ON THE EXISTING SEAMS. HE REPLACED PARTIAL SHEETS AND THERE IS NO WAY KNOW WHERE THE REPAIR HAS BEEN DONE! IT IS PERFECT!

James bailed us out and provided expert service. We had multiple contractors cancel on us last minute, but James was understanding of the challenges our space came with. He installed our custom wallpaper in one day, and stayed a bit longer than planned to also apply a layer of sealant to protect the wallpaper. We will definitely be having James back if we have any further wallpaper needs and highly recommend him to anyone else who needs this service.

The job was small but it was still done quickly and nicely done. Very happy with the end result. Would use him again if I needed more wallpaper installed.

He called back right away and communicated as necessary. He used his time efficiently in setting up his equipment and job prep. He is truly an expert in hanging wallpaper. He did a great job of matching the paper using a laser. I would also add that he does not skimp on any of the proper wallpaper hanging steps like wall prep. Also, he completely cleaned up after himself.

We hired Jim for a wallpaper hang and he did a fantastic job. Our paper was a bit unique... hand made, delicate, etc... but Jim knew exactly what he was doing and we didn't have to worry at all. He came to install on a round, difficult wall along our staircase. But he did a wonderful job. We recommended him immediately to our neighbor. They also appreciate his professionalism. Awesome experience he came setup his equipment and hung this amazing paper I ordered and it looks amazing, patterns are symmetrical and looks like someone literally hand painted it on the wall! Highly recommend Elite!

James did an amazing job. He is very professional and his work product is the best out there.

We had a mural installed in our new baby nursery. The mural looks beautiful and Jim did an impeccable job. The next evening we were going to give our 18 month old son a bath in the upstairs bathroom and noticed that the bottom of the bathtub was covered in a brown, gummy dried film, with what looked like glue residue peeling from the bottom. The baby's washcloth and toys were covered in this film. So we were unable to use the tub. The next day we called Jim and asked if he had cleaned anything in the tub and he said he had. He also said the tools he cleaned weren't toxic but how do we know for sure when it comes to our baby's health and swallowing this substance. We simply said you should clean tools etc outside. We will have to throw away those toys, bath non-slip matt and washcloth because our son likes to put them in his mouth and can't risk it. Jim didn't think this was a big deal but clearly the solvent didn't get drained and didn't say he'd come back to clean it so we'll have to do it. So we have mixed feelings in this review, wonderful wallpaper install but we should not have to bear this burden of cleanup after a professional has done this work in our home. If we had been asked we would have recommended cleaning the equipment outside. Update: Jim contacted us to remedy the situation. He sent us information regarding the safety of the chemicals used and offered to clean our tub area. We appreciate his offer and reassurance.
