Great. On time and attention to detail was excellent

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. They were efficient and very quick.

They did good work.  I was pleased with the work and I was only upset that I never did receive a receipt.  I called them directly and told them I found them on Angie's List. 

He came to do an inspection of what we wanted done the week before. Provided an estimate for us the next day. He was able to meet our scheduling needs, which was critical because we were having new carpet installed the following weekend and wanted it done quickly. His guys arrived on time, covered all the furniture and prep'd the rooms. They even covered holes we put in the wall for hidden wiring before he painted. It took them 3 days to complete the job, they worked quickly and neatly. On top of that, he repaired our front door that had small cracks in it for no additional charge.

The first day was spent doing prep work and repairing holes. The second and third days were for the actual painting which involved 2 coats on the walls and ceiling. They did a good job, but there was one concern, some of my own painting implements were used without my permission. For example, I discovered my putty knife and an extension pole missing from the garage, where I had left them.  I later found them among the painters' equipment.. Also I had bought a package of 3 brushes for some of my own work.  One day I found only an empty package.  When I mentioned these things to the painters, their supervisor, Harrison, replaced the brushes immediately.  I also reported this to Peter Kelley, who expressed great concern. He called me later and explained that 2 weeks earlier they had hired a new painter, who was the culprit. He was terminated.

Job done well, premium quality for premium price.

We were very pleased with them. We told them that we wanted it the same color and same finish as was there before so there wasn't any problem. Everything was like it was before except we have a new door.

I contacted Manhattan Painting Co. to have my bathroom painted using the $199 special deal.  Peter was very responsive and able to get someone out to my house in 2 days to accommodate my urgent request.  Harrison was there on time, was able to do both the ceiling and walls, and did really quality work.  We were so impressed with Manhattan Painting Co., we hired them to paint our baby room!  I had talked through the more complex design with both Peter and the crew that came to do the job (three colors used including a boarder around the room).  The cost to paint the baby room was reasonable.  The job took a day and a half to do and included ceiling painting as well.  Harrison and Alex were very professional, asked questions to get clarity when needed, and again did amazing work.  We love the rooms painted by Manhattan Painting Co., and have asked for another proposal to do our stairwell.  The quality of work and service is outstanding.  They are very clean and professional.  I would highly recommend Manhattan Painting Co. to anyone in need of painting services.  I look forward to working with them again soon!

As usual they did a great job.  Their crew is efficient, neat and polite.  I like their detail.  I'll use them when I'm ready to paint the whole house..

We requested this vendor to provide us an estimate of the work. Manhattan Painting was prepared to start the project as soon as the estimate was approved. The owner is very professional and responsive; he performed the work within the time frame. We appreciate his punctuality as time is of the essence with business.

They prepared & painted 4 bedroom & closets.  They removed all window treatments carefully, & reinstalled after paint was dry.  The rooms were left absolutely clean & beautiful when they were finished. 
Would absolutely hire again.

I needed these rooms painted and wanted a company that was very neat, responsible and professional, without charging me an arm & leg. 

I got 3 bids and two of them sent me "gouging" estimates with a 5-page contract.  Did not want this! 

So glad I found Manhattan Painting and owner Peter Kelley.  He gave me a quote that happened to be exactly what I thought it should cost to do this job with high-quality paint.  One-page agreement and a large list of references of people who had used his company.  His crew showed up on time and were very professional, neat in their work and I could not have been happier.

Will definitely use them again & again.
