The Redwoods did break parts of my driveway and he came back and fixed my driveway at his expense. The dangerous tree in my backyard was cut down in pieces and Dave and his crew were very efficient in the work as well as cleanup."

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.

"Had two trees that we needed to have shaped and trimmed. Came on time. Good communication and they did exactly what they said that they would do. Only slight issue was with lack of paperwork (bid was oral -- no written proposal) but they lived up to what they promised and did it very well. I "solved" the problem by sending them written confirmation of the agreement which they promptly cofirmed. Love these guys. In, out and done. "Five Stars all the way."
