Torin had the equipment and knowledge to do the job and went at the task with enthusiasm. Even after unexpectedly getting swarmed and stung by hornets (from a nest hidden in the brush) he came back and finished the job (once i sprayed the nest). He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill.
