Only rated a 4 due to a minor return visit a week later to address a loose bolt, otherwise responsiveness was fast, appointment availability within a couple of days and tech was on time and was able to complete the full install in 1/2 a day by himeself. Excellent overall.

They came to diagnose my furnace, and pinpointed the issue very quickly. They left to find a replacement part and returned within an hour with it. Furnace fixed, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

While they were communicative, on time for the initial service appointment, and clear about what needed to be fixed for my HVAC system, we are now a couple weeks past that initial appointment and despite leaving messages and texts, they will not respond for an estimate or any follow up at all, so the repairs are left un-done, and I have to likely pay all over again for another similar service call and estimate with another company, so the $85 visit charge + my time is a waste so far. They really seemed great during the visit, so it is crummy to leave this review, but given that they wont return any of my requests for an estimate, at least I would hope to prevent others from having the same experience.

Efficient, knowledgeable, courteous. Supreme Plumbing and Heating fixed our bathroom sink today, explained everything thoroughly too. Other times theyâ ve helped us with our water heater and even saved us money by pointing out another A/C installerâ s error that was under warranty. They couldâ ve charged to fix it and I wouldnâ t have known any better so I really appreciate the honesty. Highly recommend.

Recently, I had a very good experience with Akida and Amili Harrison of Supreme Plumbing and Heating involving both plumbing and heating problems. I found them on and verified their quality through Yelp reviews. My initial call to them was to fix a toilet which was running water into the tank in the back nonstop. They gave me an arrival time range, kept in touch by text and arrived early in the time window. The toilet needed a new valve, which they purchased and installed. Since the Yelp reviews mostly discussed HVAC problems, I decided to ask about a problem with my heater. It was not igniting. They found out the heater kept skipping a step in the ignition sequence. This turned out to be an easy fix. Since two important problems were quickly solved, I decided to ask a question about how a shower could be installed in a half Bath in the future. After taking a look at the existing plumbing and how it came into the house, Akida and Amili gave me a creative solution. The Harrisons proved very knowledgable about both plumbing and heating. They gave me helpful, creative solutions. Absolutely, I recommend them for both plumbing and HVAC problems.

They came in way under the other bid I had received. They were fast, efficient and cheerful.

Mr. Harrison at Supreme Plumbing and Heating patiently walked me through the fix for my water heater pilot light over the phone. He easily could have taken advantage of my ignorance and stretched it out into a costly visit but he explained everything clearly and we were able to fix it in under 20 minutes, even while I was distracted with a work call in my other ear. Very reasonable rate. Much appreciated!

Knowledgeable, professional, no-nonsense repair that is clearly explained and options ( if they exist ) are offered .. very transparent and user-friendly. They know their craft and do it well. They do not dwell on upselling you or adding things that are not needed. Good people.

It was a small project to the pros, but to have it done quickly meant a lot to us. I recevied a call from Supreme Plumbing and Heating within minutes after I clicked "get a quote" on the HomeAdvisor web site. They came out the next day to fix our problem. It was much appreciated.

The problem still persists.
