When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. "Javier started July 12, 2024. We met at Lowes to pick up new shed at 10am. after picking up shed. I told him to meet at house but i had a few stops to do before heading back. he asked if he could get a burger and i said OK but don't take long. when I got home, he was not here yet, so I called him. he was still in Lodi having lunch. I was upset. because he wanted to start before, I had shed cleaned out he help unload shed. then he started to take down old shed. about several hours of unscrewing, he got mad and start to saw the shed when the sparks hit me i asked him not to use the saw again because it can catch something on fire. he was told several times. I was getting upset. he did work until 8 pm. next day he started the new shed. We had a few disagreements thought out the day. about 6 pm I told him it was time to pack up because my mother and i was tired and hungry and it too another hour to pack up. i missed our dinner date. before leaving Javier said to us that he would not be back until Monday. i was in shock so i said OK. Monday, he shows up a few minutes before 10am and start working. Monday afternoon i tell him he not working after 5 and he got mad and said he can't work Tuesday because he has other job. i told him he needs to call the other client and let them know he is still not finished, and he will be a little lateo on Tuesday. i said to him in the beginning that he should not get any jobs until he is sure he will be done with my job because i am on a deadline with my park. he went ahead and scheduled know he was not going to be done. so today it took another four hours to finish. then before he started this job, we agreed on $1000 for the hole job. when he finished, he hands me an invoice $1100. i said we didn't agree on dump fee as well. we agreed he would recycle the shed metal. well, he tells me he couldn't recycle because it was dirty metal. i know better than that but paid him just to get him off my property. i was so upset that i decided to wait to call or talk to Angi or do a review because i was mad as a hornet. I will never hire anyone from this company again. they are not qualified/professional like they say on tv or website. then I had a friend over to look at shed work and he said it was done incorrectly so i had to hire another contractor to redo what Javier did. he put the wrong panels together which in turn made she smaller it was and missing parts too. I do not want Javier ever to come back to my property again."

"Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

He was very patient and understood the scope of my project and what I was looking for. The quote came in right away from Anna. We had a Kink With the project that she was able to handle professionally and courteously, my entire experience was a 10+"

" Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."

"I have had issues with construction people in the past and I was very happy with the quality of work and professionalism of Dan and his staff to complete two bathroom remodels in my home. His staff was clean, friendly and experts at their jobs. Dan went out of his way to make sure we were happy and things were progressing as we had envisioned. His pricing was reasonable and fair. There were a couple of minor issues, but he fixed them right away to our approval. Not only would I recommend his company, but I'd use him again in a heartbeat. He also did another remodeling job for me that turned out better than I had hoped. Very happy with his services."
