When someone is performing work for you, be aware of exactly what that person is doing. While performing the work a pipe was cut which started water drain and it had to be brought to the persons attention and then it was fixed.

Work was done however I felt he was overpriced. Rescheduled original agreed upon appointment.

He worked efficiently and got job done in a timely manner and explained everything that needed to be done and the costs to do so up front. Prices are very comparable in this area. I will use this company again.

We had a sudden loss of electricity in a remodel, Ken called us that night on a Sunday, the next day he fit us in his schedule and had the problem fixed by that night, including having to order the part to a very old breaker box! We are very grateful for Ken and will use him again if ever needed!

An electrician came to my home, and then estimated and completed the job. The electrician was courteous. He tested the light to ensure that the it worked properly and left. in about and hour. We are very satisfied with this company, and would recommend them. We will use them again when we need this kind of work to be done

Electrician helped me think outside the box in order to get the job done. My home was built in 1910 so I had some limitations that I had to deal with when upgrading a portion of the home.

Showed up not only on time, but early. Which worked out great! He was able to diagnose and fix the electrical problem in an efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend his services.

He has limited resources to complete the job

He (Ken) does not accept credit/debit cards. I had to follow him to a bank ATM. Also, promise cvompletion time was Friday at noon. I needed it done at that time as I had another contractor coming in the next day. I didn't receive a phone call or text to inform me it wasn't done. I finally got a hold of him after multiple unanswered texts ( I had to call him) and he didn't have an answer as to why it wasn't done. He just told me he would get it done the next day (Saturday by 4pm). He also added on an additional $50 because he told me he couldn't complete the job unless he did it. Again, no phone call to inform me. He also, told me he would check on some wiring connection if he had time. When I met up with him to pay the balance, I asked him about the wiring and he replied, "Oh, I forgot". His work was good, but a little steep. After not meeting deadline, you would think he would throw in the additional $50 at no charge. I will not use his services again.
