"We worked with Ali (sales manager) and Tony (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!"

"The service was fabulous, and Lupe is very professional, easy to work with, punctual and detail oriented. We are very pleased with her work and will continue to have monthly cleaning performed by this company. I highly recommend Lupe and Clean View Maintenance for your housecleaning needs."

"Fast and efficient (2 hours for 5 rooms and a hallway) from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done. Drying time is supposed to be just 2 hours, more for heavily soiled areas. The stains seem to be all gone."

"Saida was doing a great job doing janitorial services she its efficient and professional"

"They were prompt and got the job done quickly.  I asked about doing
another area rug and they were unable to do that at the time.  They said
I would have to bring the rug to their facility.  I did expect them to move
the beds but I am not sure they actually did.  Otherwise,
they did a very nice job.  The carpet dried right away and has remained
clean.

"Alejandros did an amazing job. He was very professional and extremely hard working. He originally did a small area in the kitchen to demonstrate the process and the results. He was not inexpensive, but after I saw the process, the time and amount of effort involved and his commitment to delivering a superior result, I thought it was absolutely worth every dollar. Also, while the work could be messy, Alejandros took great care to protect the cabinetry and fixtures and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly every day. When he was done, it was like we had new floors and countertops. I would hire Alejandros again in a heartbeat and recommend him highly."

"Leo and his team helped me with multiple small projects at my rental and it was a great help. Leo visited my house multiple times to get the project requirements and started the project on schedule. Initial project we wanted to execute was flooring in the bathrooms, But, I ended up taking help with below projects as Leo and team was very helpful and accommodative! 1.both bathrooms flooring 2.toilet cover fixing 3.toilet water control knob fixing 4.fence fixing and painting 5.Deck fixing 6.Guest bathroom shower door fixing 7.Blind fixing 8.Kitchen faucet fixing 9. Gazebo fixing 10. Entire house caulking on the baseboards I made trips to Home Depot and Friedmans with Leo and got to interact with him closely. He guided me on the mold abatement project that I had to deal with different team and his team repaired the floor and cabinets that were cut by the abatement team.. I realized Leo and team has expertise, and their pricing is very reasonable. Also, with my urgency to complete the repairs before my tenant moved in , Leo was very accommodating to my ever growing project list. With out a question, Leo and team would be my first contact and I would definitely recommend them for any handyman job in the house. Thanks again Leo for the ownership of the job and all the help!"
