They were prompt and got the job done quickly. I asked about doing
another area rug and they were unable to do that at the time. They said
I would have to bring the rug to their facility. I did expect them to move
the beds but I am not sure they actually did. Otherwise,
they did a very nice job. The carpet dried right away and has remained
clean.

I was very happy with them. They really tried to solve my problem because I had a pet dog that kept going to the bathroom in that room, and the person who came out was very pragmatic about whether or not he would be able to get it out and how and how much it would cost upfront. He did a great job. They were not cheap. I don’t think I was here, but I know that they were punctual. I would use them again in the future.

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. They were a standard carpet cleaning company. I've used someone else in the past and they have done just as well of a job. They were on time and reliable. They cleaned my carpet so it was pretty straightforward. The pricing and everything was a good deal. They did a good job.

He seemed to be rushing his work a little bit. I spent additional $350 and don't think worth it.

He was really good. There were some incredible stains on the carpet and he was able to get it out. He was very courteous and professional. He took his time and explained to me the things that I could do to prevent some of the stains because I have dogs. He had actually called the day before to remind me and it was on my birthday that he came. I was undecided as to whether or not I wanted him to come on that day because I had so many things to do. He was willing to be real flexible with me when I didn't want him to come on the originally scheduled day. I really appreciated that but everything worked out great so it was fine.

The job was not satisfactory, he was angry when I asked if he'd moved a small table with a TV on it or moved the couch. He forgot to Scotchgard, came back in to do it. Said "no one could do any better", regarding some stains left visible and I pointed it out. Raised his voice, and said he "should have charged me $100 more to move a bureau." I did not provoke him, said if he had said anything about not moving a TV, I would have done it. I had almost everything either out of the room or moved to one side.

"IN REFERENCE TO MOVING THE TV AND STAND, I ADVISED THE MEMBER THAT THE STAND HAD A TV AND ALL OTHER VIDEO TYPE OF EQUIPMENT ON IT AND DUE TO LIABILITY ISSUES, I DO NOT MOVE THESE TYPE OF ITEMS. IN REFERENCE TO THE SOFA, THE MEMBER ASKED ME IF I MOVED THE THE SOFA TO CLEAN BEHIND IT AND I ADVISED HER THAT I DID. THE DRESSER WAS 6' LONG, HAD AN ATTACHED MIRROR,AND WAS FULL OF OF CLOTHING, ETC WEIGHING IN EXCESS OF 300 LBS. I ADVISED THE MEMBER THAT THIS WAS OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF ITEMS THAT ARE NORMALLY MOVED AND THAT I NORMALLY CHARGE 100.00 FOR THIS TYPE OF LABOR BUT MOVED IT AS A COURTESY. IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT FURNITURE MOVING IN THE BEDROOM INVOLVED MOVING ALL ITEMS TO DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE ROOM SO AS TO REDESIGN ITS STRUCTURE. AT NO TIME DID I EVER RAISE MY VOICE. I ADVISED THE MEMBER THAT I PROVIDE A 30 DAY NO FAULT GUARANTEE. THIS WOULD ALLOW HER TO HAVE ME RETURN ANYTIME WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS TO TOUCH-UP OR RE-CLEAN ANY AREA ORIGINALLY CLEANED FOR ANY REASON. I ARRIVED AT THE MEMBERS HOME 15 MINUTES EARLY. THE ESTIMATE GIVEN WAS OVER THE PHONE AND WAS GIVEN AS A "BALLPARK FIGURE" ONLY. FIRM QUOTES CAN NOT BE GIVEN UNTIL THE AREA IS SEEN, ASSESSED, AND ANY ADDITIONAL WORK IS DETERMINED."

I called Rick at Re-Nu Carpet Care after seeing a friend's carpet and being quite impressed. The first time I called him, I was not quite ready to commit, but asked several questions about his technique and how he was going to be able to fix my disgusting carpet. About two months later, I called Rick one more time to schedule. Again, he was very professional, answered any additional questions and set up a time. The day of the appointment, he showed up on time and got right to work after giving an estimate and gaining my approval. We did have a drying problem initially, where some darker lines appeared where overlap happened. I called Rick back out and he gladly came back to our house to rectify the problem explaining that sometimes if the carpets aren't dried quick enough this may occasionally happen.(We had left the windows barely open while we left the house.)
