They were not great. They were dishonest. My unit is a 5-ton unit and they represented it as being as 5.5-ton unit.

"First of all we did not say the unit was a 5.5 ton. There's no such tonnage available. Why they would say this is quit strange. We could not please this person no matter what!"

checked furnace/ found nothing wrong/ then pulled out a new item/ put it in my hands and then sold it to me.$450. later hes gone. who knows if it will help or not. said my furnace was ok

The repairs were done in a timely manner. Our floor furnace works very well now. Climate Controllers called back within 5 minutes as advertised. iTS NICE TO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
