Solid reliable work for a good price

David has old school work ethics that you rarely see any more. He also cleaned out my Raingutters along with the Awnings cleaning. He is going to help me troubleshoot leaks in my awnings and repair them as well. So happy to have found David Iâ ve been looking for a long time for someone good to clean my awnings.

David was very polite and professional. He was able to clean out the vent of my kitchen hood in a residential setting, which apparently is not something that is usually done. I called many cleaning and construction companies, they all said it was something they did not do. David wasn't sure if he could do it or not. However, he came out to check the vent and was able to disconnect and clean it. I thought I was going to be forced to have a construction company come and just replace the vent. A+ to David with Reliable Wash and Sanitize for checking out the situation before just saying no like every other professional cleaning company did. If you need anything cleaned call him for a great job and reasonable price. He actually billed me less then he quoted me, because he said it took less time then he anticipated.
