He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "It went very well. Ray listened carefully to the problems we had with our current system. He looked over everything we had in place and made suggestions to help with the overall system, including putting in an additional return. He really took time to make the system optimal for our home and floor plan. He even satisfied the million questions my husband (a mechanical engineer) had. They are also qualified to apply for PG&E rebates through the Home Energy Upgrade program. We haven't finished that part yet, but will be getting money back for the furnace, AC and ductwork he installed. Kaitlyn in their office is also very pleasant and thorough.
