"We couldn't be more pleased. Every management member and employee was on-time, courteous and professional. We were always informed as to what was going on, estimated time of completion and anticipated next step. Process started by a team testing the inefficiencies of the house. Even during this process they insured that vents were properly sealed and fixed those itm that they could. The next step involved removing the existing A/C unit and replacing with new unit. The team of Kevin and Tony installed the unit, replaced the ducting, installed the new thermostat and insured that everything worked properly and correctly (approximately 2.5 days). They, like all the employees, always kept us informed and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of their work. After this step, another individual came and retested the house to measure level of inefficiencies, which went from a +30% loss to approximately 3.5% loss. Pretty amazing totals. Insulation was next, and while I didn't meet the team that did the insulation, my wife said that they were on time, courteous and professional just like everyone else involved. In closing, we absolutely recommend this company. Regardless of the service needed, you will be extremely happy if you go with Lee's Air Conditioning."

"Luis and his crew did an amazing job. They were very polite, punctual and hard working. Work was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. We had granite installed in 3 bathrooms and our laundry room. Our bathrooms and laundry room look absolutely beautiful! We are very pleased with the work. We have already shared Luis’ contact information with others, and will use his services for another project. Thank you Luis for transforming our bathrooms and laundry room. Your customer satisfaction is to be commended. Looking forward to working with you again. Kathy"

Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
It’s possible to fix a broken well pump yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Well pumps are hard to reach and service without the proper equipment, and even if you can reach the pump, it involves working in close proximity to water and electricity, which can be extremely dangerous. Any mistakes made during the repair process could contaminate your water supply or put you and your home at risk. Additionally, some states require that a licensed plumber carry out well pump repair. It’s worth it to hire a professional water pump repair service.
The average cost to repair a well pump is $950, with most well pump repairs ranging between $100 and $2,900. A few factors influence your total repair cost, including the component of your well that needs repair or replacement, the extent of the damage, the accessibility of the pump, and the age and size of your well pump. It might be more cost-effective to replace your well pump if it’s old or has multiple broken components, as the average cost to replace a well pump is $1,800.
Typically, plumbing repairs cost about $325 per job but can range from $175 to $4,000 or more. Simple fixes, such as a toilet repair, will be less expensive at around $150 to $400. However, if you have a pipe that has burst, you can expect to pay between $1,000 and $4,000 or more.
The project that needs to be completed, the size of your home, and the type of plumbing pipes you have can all impact the final cost. External factors such as supply chain issues and shortage of materials all play a part in how much this repair might be.
The average cost to hire a plumber is around $100 an hour but can vary between $45 and $200 an hour depending on the plumber’s experience and the repair that you need. It’s also important to note that these prices can go up on holidays, and emergency plumber rates average $150 per hour, in addition to a flat-rate trip fee of $100 to $350.
