Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Unreliable and Unacceptable Service from Day One I hired Tropical Pools 5 weeks ago, and every week brought a new issue ? despite my repeated emails, texts, and calls. Week 1: Skimmer basket left full; tile/walls not brushed. Week 2: Brown residue on walls, possibly from shock or tool oxidation. Weeks 3?4: 0 ppm chlorine reported, with none added ? even after I flagged it. Week 5: Greenish-brown algae appeared, easily brushed off ? a clear sign of poor water maintenance. I contacted them multiple times with detailed reports, but service never improved. I?ve since terminated the service. I expected professional care so I wouldn?t have to worry ? instead, I spent 5 weeks monitoring and managing what I paid them to handle. I do not recommend this company. If you value consistency, reliability, or basic accountability, look elsewhere.

While we welcome feedback, the constant daily concerns often stemmed from misunderstandings about normal pool chemistry fluctuations and maintenance timelines, rather than service neglect. We did make multiple attempts to reassure you, adjust, and explain our process, but it became clear that our service style and your expectations were not a good fit. William the service guy, he doesnt keep his word straight, he is lying about cleaning the pool, he lied about showing up the next day and is not answering his phone, he wasted our Friday waiting for them to show up. I have cameras in the pool area showing what he did and the pool is not clear.
