They, like all the employees, always kept us informed and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect of their work. After this step, another individual came and retested the house to measure level of inefficiencies, which went from a +30% loss to approximately 3.5% loss. Pretty amazing totals. Insulation was next, and while I didn't meet the team that did the insulation, my wife said that they were on time, courteous and professional just like everyone else involved.
